I am a retired city of Albany Police Detective. I have always been involved in real estate. In fact my first home at 23, was a 2 family in Albany. During my career as a police officer, I accumulated, renovated and managed 24 rental units in the city of Troy. Hands on experience with home systems has been a huge advantage for me in this field. I feel it separates me from the inspectors that only have the classroom knowledge. I have since sold most of those properties and went on to become a real estate agent and currently hold a N.Y.S Real Estate License.

After being involved in a multitude of real estate transactions and having experienced the home inspections during those transactions, I became more interested in the field of home inspections. I am committed to inspecting every home as if my own daughter were buying it!
