We have used Northeast Home Inspection in the past so when we needed a mold inspection on mom's house we contacted John. Par for the course, fast, friendly and professional, will definetly use him in the future.

He is the most friendly, reliable & thorough inspector I've worked with, and if any concerns are found during an inspection, he explains what the problem is and how to fix it before anyone has a chance to worry. When I had to schedule inspections for my own home, I immediately contacted John. As first-time home buyers, my boyfriend & I did not know what to expect during the inspection, but John walked us through everything and helped us understand the ins & outs of our new home. John was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding the mold assessment I needed. He was patient and made everything very clear regarding the process. He always return my calls promptly and once the mold remediation work was complete he came back the next day to issue the mold clearance letter for me so that it didn't hold up my process. He made this experience that could have been very difficult, very easy. I highly recommend John he's very professional and knowledgeable in his field.
